PL1500 Pipe Lift
This 1500 pound capacity lifter will handle outside diameter pipe sizes from 4.50 inches to 9.05 inches.
Lift 4″, 6″, and 8″ PVC, Steel pipe, Ductile Iron or C900 PVC.
Tongs are rubber lined to ensure a secure grip on steel pipe.

This 2000 pound capacity lifter will handle outside diameter pipe sizes from 8.63 inches to 13.20 inches.
Lift 8″, 10″, and 12″ PVC, STEEL, Ductile Iron or C900 PVC.
Tongs are rubber lined to ensure a secure grip.
Uses: Small Actuator
PL2150 Pipe Lift
This 2150 pound capacity pipe tong lifting device will handle outside diameter pipe sizes from 10.75 inches to 15.30 inches.
Lift 10″, 12″, and 14″ PVC, STEEL, Ductile Iron or C900 PVC.
Pipe lifting tongs are rubber lined to ensure a secure grip.

PL2250 Pipe Lift
This 2250 pound capacity lifter will handle outside diameter pipe sizes from 12.75 inches to 17.40 inches .
Lift 12″, 14″, and 16″ PVC, STEEL, Ductile Iron and C900 PVC or 12 inch ID RCP (16″ OD).
Tongs are rubber lined.
Uses: Medium Actuator
PL2500 Pipe Lift
This 2500 pound capacity lifter will handle outside diameter pipe sizes from 14.00 – 23.00 inches .
Use it with 14 and 16″ PVC and STEEL, or lift 14″, 16″, 18″ and 20″ Ductile Iron and C900 PVC or RCP ID sizes: 12″ (16″ OD), 15″ (19.50″ OD) and 18″ (23.00″ OD).
Tongs can be rubber lined at the request of the customer.

GAS PIPELINE LIFTER | MAXIMUM CAPACITY for HDPE PIPE
HDPE Gas Pipeline Lifter
This 3400 pound capacity lifter was designed specifically for HDPE gas pipeline. It has a outside diameter range of 18″ to 25.8″, the same as the standard PL2750.
It’s capacity has been increased to 3400 pounds by the addition of a 3rd set of tines. The Gas Pipeline Lifter is not a standard model available to the pipeline industry.
Uses: Medium Actuator

Pipe Lift Dimensions and Specs
PL1500 Through PL3500 are 30″ wide. The PL4500, PL7000 and PL8500 are 36″ wide.
Note: There may be pipe tongs lifting devices not listed. Pipe outside diameter and weight are the determining factors for choosing the correct lifter.
