They needed to improve stacking times while keeping their workers safe from strapping and unstrapping the walls.

LIFTING OPERATION WITH NO PADS

The design wraps around the top lip of the wall and firmly grips just beneath it. This secure lift requires no pads. It also uses the same actuator as Kenco’s standard lifting devices to mechanically open and release the tongs. Each pick is mechanically operated without ground assistance. There are two standard models that pick 2 or 3 walls respectively – KL6KTWALL56 / KL6KTWALL84.

Kenco’s patented below the hook lifting products are designed, manufactured and tested in compliance with the latest revisions of the ASME B30.20 and BTH-1 standards and are accepted by OSHA, CanOSH, as well as virtually all other world wide standards.
