This is our Kenco UniLug System with a typical skid steer coupler integrated into the design. This device can be adapted to fit any size or model of excavator. A lug assembly is manufactured to the customer’s required machine specifications and is necessary to attach additional UniLug components. The symmetrical bolt hole pattern of the Skid Steer Coupling Component attaches up with the Lug Component. Once attached, it will affix to all typical skid steer attachments. For some tasks such as grading, the UniLug can be mounted facing in towards the cab.
The Skid Steer UniLug Coupler is primarily intended for lift-load-carry tasks.
NOTE: Skid steer attachments are not built to withstand the same forces as a larger capacity machine. Exceeding the recommended forces of any skid steer attachment while hooked to an excavator may cause failure or structural damage to said skid steer attachment.
The Lug Component attaches to the excavator stick with lugs that are designed specifically for your machine. A built-in lifting eye can be used to attach a shackle directly to the component. Eight bolt holes are patterned to allow installation of our Jib Boom and extender.
The Unilug Skid Steer Coupling Component fits up with the bolt pattern on the Lug Component and gives the machine operator the ability to adjoin typical skid steer attachments to the excavator by using the same process as used with the skid steer.
The Unilug Lug Component and Skid Steer Coupling Component are joined together with eight bolts.
Once installed, the Unilug Skid Steer Coupling Component will adjoin to all of your typical skid steer attachments.
