The Kenco UniLug System uses a standardized bolt hole pattern to make installation of excavator stick configurations hassle-free. This device can be adapted to fit on any size or model of excavator. A lug assembly is manufactured to the customer’s required machine specifications and is necessary to attach additional UniLug components.
The universal Lug Component attaches to the excavator stick with lugs that are designed specifically for your machine. A built-in lifting eye can be used to attach a shackle directly to the component. Eight bolt holes are patterned to allow installation of our Jib Boom and extender.
This five foot Jib Boom Extender fits up with the bolt pattern on the Lug Component to the excavator stick with lugs that are designed specifically for your machine. A built-in lifting eye on the extender can be used to attach a shackle directly to the component. The symmetrical eight bolt hole pattern allows for the addition of other Kenco UniLug coupling components. The Jib Boom Extender can be custom built in desired lengths.
A symmetrical bolt pattern makes adding components and attachments to the UniLug fast and easy.
The UniLug is shown mounted to the excavator stick and a five foot Jib Boom Extender component has been attached.
With the Extender component in place, the stick is aligned to accept a Jib Boom attachment.
The Jib Boom is attached to the Extender using eight bolts.
The UniLug and its’ components have been installed on the end of the stick and are ready to get to work. In this configuration, the Kenco UniLug System is shown below with the Lug Component, Jib Boom Extender and our Manually Adjustable Jib Boom.
The UniLug, Jib Boom Extender and Jib Boom have increased the reach of this excavator by an additional 15 feet!
